Colouring books for adults are currently very fashionable, but you probably think you have no time to spend on such pursuits. Do not despair - colouring in can help your study and work in several ways. Using anatomy and botany colouring books has been shown to help knowledge retention and creative activities can be great for stress relief and mindfulness. For the really serious colour in-er, reading all about colour theory is a must. Just remember to photocopy images rather than directly colouring in your library books!
