Your opinion matters! Library Survey 2021

Your opinion can make a difference, and we want to hear it. Our library survey is the way you can tell us what is important to you, and how you think we can improve our services.

The survey is available from Monday, 30 August until Sunday, 19 September 2021 to ALL Library users, including:

  • JCU students and staff,
  • users from other libraries,
  • visitors and the community.

This is an opportunity for you to express your opinions and tell us how we are doing in areas including resources, services and facilities. Tell us what you think is important. Tell us what would make the Library even better.

We are also seeking feedback about how you use the Library services to find the information and assistance you need.

Past responses to the survey have enabled the Library to improve our collections, extend Library hours, upgrade our technologies, and create better learning and social spaces within the Library buildings. The survey results will be made available later this year from the Library's website.

You can participate in the survey by completing it anonymously. JCU students and staff are also eligible to enter the prize draw for one of two $250 Prepaid Mastercards by entering their student/staff number towards the end of this survey.
