Guided Relaxation Workshops

The Townsville Multifailth Chaplaincy is offering free guided relaxation workshops in June.

Guided relaxation can help
  • Relieve muscle tension
  • Improve memory and attention
  • Develop healthy sleep
  • Reduce stress
There will be two workshops:
1. Monday 2nd June 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
2. Monday 16th June 4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Both workshops will be in the library iLearning Room 1 (018-002A)
