JCU is in the process of upgrading our Student and Staff Printing/Scanning/Photocopying Service.

Who is Affected: All students sending print jobs to student printers on the Townsville and Cairns campuses
Service Affected: Printing Services
When: Wednesday 9th July 2014, 12pm to 4pm
Description: This upgrade will provide an improved service for students but does result in some changes to your current print account.
- Any print balance from Copyprint will be transferred over to the new JCU Printing system.
- You will be able to view your print jobs and print balance from Print Accounting within Computing on StudentsOnline.
- Personal laptops will now need to reconnect to the new print servers.
What do I need to do? For more information regarding connection to the print Queues, costs or print functions, see information about new Printing Service which will be made available at www.jcu.edu.au/printing from 4pm on Wednesday the 9th July.
