Attention Students. Printing in the libraries and across campus will be disrupted.
This Wednesday 9th of July from 12pm midday to 4pm student printing will be disrupted as an upgrade is done on printing and related services across the University.

JCU is in the process of upgrading our Student and Staff Printing/Scanning/Photocopying Service.
To facilitate the installation of the new printers and software in the GATCF Computer Labs, Libraries and other informal student areas where a printing service is available, it will require a disruption to the current printing service used by students on the Townsville and Cairns campus.
Who is Affected: All students sending print jobs to student printers on the Townsville and Cairns campuses
Service Affected: Printing Services
When: Wednesday 9th July 2014, 12pm to 4pm
Description: This upgrade will provide an improved service for students but does result in some changes to your current print account.
What do I need to do? For more information regarding connection to the print Queues, costs or print functions, see information about new Printing Service which will be made available at www.jcu.edu.au/printing from 4pm on Wednesday the 9th July.

- Any print balance from Copyprint will be transferred over to the new JCU Printing system.
- You will be able to view your print jobs and print balance from Print Accounting within Computing on StudentsOnline.
- Personal laptops will now need to reconnect to the new print servers.
