We apologise on behalf of X Search's provider for the removal without warning of X Search, we've been assured that it will be reinstated overnight (26/03/2010). Apparently it was an administrative error which they've addressed to prevent it happening again.
Users should try One Search as it provides a much simpler, more powerful and faster search of Tropicat and most of our ejournals simultaneously (with plans to search ResearchOnline@JCU soon too).
The X Search service will be phased out later this semester when One Search is moves from Beta to Production.
