Advance notice - Scheduled upgrade of Student Management system to effect Copyprint and NetAccess balance top ups

The Student Management system is being upgraded between Thursday 20 - Tuesday 25 May 2010. This will effect adding funds to CopyPrint and NetAccess in the following way:

• Students will still be able to top up payments using the Credit card payment facility in StudentsOnline
• Students will not be able to add funds to CopyPrint and NetAccess from 1pm on 20May - 9am 25 May 2010 using cash or EFTPOS

Please get in early and top up your CopyPrint and NetAccess accounts by using StudentOnline or at the Library before the scheduled outage to avoid disappointment.

During the outage, please see InfoHelp (Townsville) and Library Services (Cairns) for urgent printing only.
