IM Chat upgrade and minor system interruption Monday 20 June 6-7am

To upgrade the Library IM Chat server there will a system restart that may affect the following forms between 6 and 7am on Monday 20th June:

• Fast Track Cataloguing Request Form
• Intercampus - Document Copy Request Form
• Off Campus Copy Request Form
• Purchase Request Form
• Reserve Online Request Form

 We recommend not using of these forms in the upgrade period to avoid any loss of work. This is outside the normal period of Ask Now chat availability so should not affect users of the service.
