Maintenance on JCU's digital media server will be carried out on Thursday April 19, 7am – 7pm. eLecture and Camtasia Relay files will not be viewable and submission of Camtasia Relay recordings will not be possible during this time. Learning Technologies staff will be upgrading Camtasia Relay 4 to all teaching rooms during this period.
If you are using Camtasia Relay on your desktop machine or laptop, you will need to install the upgrade before recording and uploading to the server . Downloads will be available from http://www-public.jcu.edu.au/lt/relay/JCUPRD1_072024
