Don't get into a flap about World Migratory Bird Day! It is on this weekend (10-11th of May) but there is still time to find out more about the amazing range of bird species in your area.

JCU library has range of resources on local bird species in Townsville and the Wet Tropics, as well as books on migratory birds such as Bird Migration and Global Change.

Birdlife Australia provides information on the Australian bird watching scene and the Townsville Town Common is a great place to view your favourite local or visiting bird.
