Outdoor seating at Mabo Library completed

The new outdoor seating area at the south west Café entrance to the Eddie Koiki Mabo Library on the Townsville campus is now complete.

Students, staff and visitors can now enjoy their coffee, gelato and other goodies from Juliette’s café in the great outdoors near the wonderful Heart Space and Collections sculpture by Col Henry.

The outdoor space contains the following features

• Access to power and JCU wifi (Eduroam)
• Bike racks 
• Sheltered tables and seating configurations

We are sure this space will be very popular especially as the weather cools down after the wet season.
