Find your subject readings and keep on track

Finding your subject readings and lecture recordings is usually really simple - just click the link in your LearnJCU subject module. But sometimes things don't go to plan and the following tips may help you get back on track.

• Check LearnJCU's Known Issues webpage for recommended solutions and workarounds.  (e.g. blank page when loading reading)
• Look up your readings yourself using Reserve Online.
• Check with fellow students and your lecturer - they may be having the same problem!
• Ask InfoHelp.
