"At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month we will remember them".Remembrance Day is observed every year on 11th November. There is a minute silence at the eleventh hour, of the eleventh day, of the eleventh month in memory of those who served and those who died in all wars and armed conflicts. This time marks the armistance of World War 1 when the war offically ended in 1918 and 2016 is the 98th anniversary.
