CBCA Book Week is an annual celebration of Australian children’s authors and illustrators. Book Week has a been a staple event in the calendars of schools and libraries since 1945 – who could forget dressing up for the annual Book Week parade?
This year the theme is “Old Worlds, New Worlds, Other Worlds”, with a beautiful promotional poster by Shaun Tan. The Library has many of Shaun Tan’s picture books and videos available for loan. You can also find a wide range of picture books in our Curriculum collection.
