3D Printing Service Comes to a Close

JCU Library's 3D printing service ending

Our 3D printing service has reached the end of its life and will wind up at the end of November.

The 3D printing service at the Mabo and Cairns libraries will no longer be available from November 28th 2025.

3D printing is still available at JCU

There are still locations on campus in Townsville and Cairns where you can book 3D printing:

  • TOWNSVILLE – EIP Building (Print jobs can be completed however Engineering students have precedence)
  • CAIRNS – Ideas Lab
